Transportation
Lightrail & Bus
Take the lightrail from the airport into downtown and beyond. For the best public transit experience, we recommend getting an Orca card upon arrival.
Rideshare
Uber and Lyft arrive in seconds. We’re also fans of GIG carshare (it’s similar to Zip Car) — be sure to sign up in advance!
Rent a Car
It’s easy to get around Seattle without a car, but for those who’d like to explore beyond the limits of public transit, we recommend supporting a local through rental platforms like Turo or Outdoorsy.
Our Story
We’ve been adventuring together for nearly a decade.
FAQ
What to Pack
In Seattle, Summer starts at the end of June. Expect mild temps and endless daylight. Bring a rain jacket for misty mornings (umbrellas won’t suffice), but also sunglasses and sunscreen. Don’t forget hiking shoes!
Dress Code: Eclectic Formal
Be classy, bold, and vibrant! Here is some inspiration. Please avoid black or white. Bonus points for sustainable fashion choices.
Things to Do
We love living in the PNW! Here is a map with some of our favorite restaurants and things to do in the area.
Children
Children are welcome at our ceremony and reception! Following RSVP’s, we’ll be in contact with our guests-with-children about appropriate accommodations.
Registry
Your presence is enough of a gift (especially since many of you are traveling quite a distance!) If you’d like, we’ve set up a registry on The Knot
